02 Our services
Red C Aviation provides FBO and ground handling, business jet charter, flight support, concierge, and consulting services. Specific service terms are shared in writing before each engagement.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue any service at our discretion, consistent with applicable aviation regulations and safety obligations.
03 Charter and booking
Charter flights are arranged as a broker on behalf of certified aircraft operators. Each operator is responsible for the operational control of its own flights.
Specific booking terms — including payment, cancellation, and change policies — are provided in the quote and booking confirmation for each engagement.
04 Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Red C Aviation’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Aircraft operators are liable for their own aircraft operations under applicable aviation conventions and law.
05 Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, imagery, marks, and design — is owned by Red C Aviation or used with permission. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written consent.
06 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent Saudi authority.
